Our yeasted sourdough has a soft moist texture and a slightly bitter crust. It’s gluten-free and vegan.
These loaves are sliced and promptly frozen within a day of being freshly baked. With a freezer life of up to three months, they remain a convenient and versatile choice. Ideal for toasting. Please check with our friendly cafe staff when collecting your bread as to what varieties are in stock. We are unable to accommodate specific flavour requests.
