Our yeasted sourdough has a soft moist texture and a slightly bitter crust. Made from organic quinoa flakes, teff flour, rice flour, potato starch, organic psyllium, yeast, salt, sunflower oil and organic brown rice syrup. Stays soft for at least 4 days so it’s perfect for sandwiches or to accompany meals, salads and cheese platters. Can be frozen for up to three months. It’s gluten-free and vegan.
