Sourdough bread fruit 500g

Our yeasted sourdough has a soft moist texture and a slightly bitter crust. Stays soft for at least 4-5 days. Can be frozen after slicing for up to three months. Perfect for sandwiches or toast. It’s gluten-free and vegan.
Ingredients: Water, white rice flour, organic quinoa flakes, potato starch, organic psyllium husk, dried figs, teff flour, brown rice flour, organic brown rice syrup, raisins, sunflower oil, iodised salt, bakers yeast, cassia and nutmeg. This product is suitable for freezing up to three months.
