Our yeasted sourdough has a soft moist texture and a slightly bitter crust. Stays soft for at least 4-5 days. Can be frozen after slicing for up to three months. Perfect for sandwiches or toast. It’s gluten-free and vegan.
Ingredients: Water, white rice flour, organic quinoa flakes, kalamata olives, potato starch, organic psyllium husk, teff flour, brown rice flour, organic brown rice syrup, sunflower oil, iodised salt, bakers yeast and rosemary.
