Our gluten-free Coeliac Australia endorsed yeasted sourdough has a soft moist texture and a slightly bitter crust. Made from organic quinoa flakes, teff flour, rice flour, potato starch, organic psyllium, yeast, salt, sunflower oil and organic brown rice syrup. Can be keep in the freezer for up to three months and it is pre-sliced. It’s gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, additive-free, preservative-free and vegan. Choose from the varieties in the freezer when picking up.
