Our yeasted sourdough has a soft moist texture and a slightly bitter crust. Stays soft for at least 4-5 days. Can be frozen for up to three months. Perfect for sandwiches and to accompany salads, soups and cheese platter. It’s gluten-free and vegan.
Ingredients: Water, white rice flour, organic quinoa flakes, potato starch, organic psyllium husk, teff flour, brown rice flour, organic brown rice syrup, sunflower oil, iodised salt and bakers yeast.
