Once thawed, roll the dough to a 5 mm thickness. Bake at 170°C in a fan-forced oven for 15–20 minutes. Slightly extend the baking time for extra crispiness. However, our dough is designed for soft gingerbread; it will come out of the oven soft and will harden as it cools over time.
