Our very popular gingerbread dough ready for you to roll out and use at home for baking your own gingerbread people!
Available from 01/12/2024 – 24/12/2024.
Once thawed, roll the dough to a 5 mm thickness. Bake at 170°C in a fan-forced oven for 15–20 minutes. Slightly extend the baking time for extra crispiness. However, our dough is designed for soft gingerbread; it will come out of the oven soft and will harden as it cools over time.
