Gluten-free Anzac biscuit and Honey cheesecake cooking class – Saturday 26th April at Alexandria

Join Cherie on Saturday 26th April in a 2.5 hour gluten-free masterclass where you’ll learn how to make Anzac Biscuits and Baked Cheesecake with Honey Syrup and Anzac Crust.

Tickets include:

  • Step-by-step instruction by Cherie, founder of Wholegreen Bakery
  • Use of brand new Smeg stand mixers
  • A sourdough loaf and nifty Wholegreen Bakery bread bag to take home with you
  • A Wholegreen apron
  • 1kg Wholegreen Bakery plain flour blend
  • Hot drink on arrival

If you’ve got kids aged 12 and under and would like to bring them along with you to learn how to bake, we’re introducing a special $95 ticket for them.

You can also purchase a copy of Cherie’s fabulous ‘Gluten-free baking made simple’ cook book and have it signed on the day.

As always, our classes are fun, informative and allow lots of time for Q&A and sampling of your freshly baked delights!

Please advise in your order if you have any additional dietary requirements, such as dairy-free, egg-free, etc. as we can adjust our recipes to accommodate for this.

Location: All classes take place at Wholegreen Bakery, 25 McCauley Street Alexandria NSW 2015.
