Join Cherie on Sunday 22nd March, 1pm–4pm for an inspiring 3-hour gluten-free baking masterclass designed for lovers of both sweet and savoury creations.
In this hands-on session, you’ll create Poached Plum Frangipane Tarts and Roast Pumpkin, Sage Burnt Butter, Spinach & Pecorino Quiches.
Along the way, you’ll learn the essential recipes and techniques for mastering gluten-free sweet and savoury shortcrust pastry, as well as how to make a perfectly textured frangipane.
Tickets include:
- Step-by-step instruction by Cherie, founder of Wholegreen Bakery from 1pm-4pm
- Use of brand new Smeg stand mixers
- A sourdough loaf and nifty Wholegreen Bakery bread bag to take home with you
- A Wholegreen apron
- 1kg Wholegreen Bakery plain flour blend
