Gluten-free family pie cooking class – Saturday 28th June at Alexandria

Join Cherie on Saturday 28th June in a 2.5 hour gluten-free masterclass where you’ll learn how to make a family sized Chicken, pea and tarragon pie and an Apple pie. Perfect comfort foods for the cooler weather!

Tickets include:

  • Step-by-step instruction by Cherie, founder of Wholegreen Bakery
  • Use of brand new Smeg stand mixers
  • A sourdough loaf and nifty Wholegreen Bakery bread bag to take home with you
  • A Wholegreen apron
  • 1kg Wholegreen Bakery plain flour blend
  • Hot drink on arrival
  • Family sized Chicken, pea and tarragon pie as well as an Apple pie that you’ve baked and get to take home

If you’ve got kids aged 12 and under and would like to bring them along with you to learn how to bake, we’re introducing a special $95 ticket for them.

You can also purchase a copy of Cherie’s fabulous ‘Gluten-free baking made simple’ cook book and have it signed on the day.

As always, our classes are fun, informative and allow lots of time for Q&A and sampling of your freshly baked delights!

Please advise in your order if you have any additional dietary requirements, such as dairy-free, egg-free, etc. as we can adjust our recipes to accommodate for this.

Location: All classes take place at Wholegreen Bakery, 25 McCauley Street Alexandria NSW 2015 from 2pm-4:30pm.

Classes are capped at 14 people.
