Gluten-free hot cross buns cooking class – Saturday 15th March at Alexandria

Join Cherie on Saturday 15 March in a 2.5 hour gluten-free masterclass where you’ll learn how to make that Easter classic, Hot Cross Buns.

Tickets include:

  • Step-by-step instruction by Cherie, founder of Wholegreen Bakery
  • Use of brand new Smeg stand mixers
  • A sourdough loaf and nifty Wholegreen Bakery bread bag to take home with you
  • A Wholegreen apron
  • 1kg Wholegreen Bakery plain flour blend
  • Hot drink on arrival
  • You’ll bake half a dozen fruit hot cross buns and half a dozen chocolate hot cross buns to take home with you

If you’ve got kids aged 12 and under and would like to bring them along with you to learn how to bake, we’re introducing a special $95 ticket for them.

You can also purchase a copy of Cherie’s fabulous ‘Gluten-free baking made simple’ cook book and have it signed on the day.

As always, our classes are fun, informative and allow lots of time for Q&A and sampling of your freshly baked delights!
