Gluten-free Mother’s Day Lemon Meringue cooking class – Saturday 10th May at Alexandria

Join Cherie on Saturday 10th May in a 2.5 hour gluten-free masterclass where you’ll learn how to make a Lemon Meringue Tart just in time for Mother’s Day.
Tickets include:
- Step-by-step instruction by Cherie, founder of Wholegreen Bakery
- Use of brand new Smeg stand mixers
- A sourdough loaf and nifty Wholegreen Bakery bread bag to take home with you
- A Wholegreen apron
- 1kg Wholegreen Bakery plain flour blend
- Hot drink on arrival
- A beautiful 20cm Lemon Meringue Tart to take home that you’ve baked
If you’ve got kids aged 12 and under and would like to bring them along with you to learn how to bake, we’re introducing a special $95 ticket for them.
You can also purchase a copy of Cherie’s fabulous ‘Gluten-free baking made simple’ cook book and have it signed on the day.
As always, our classes are fun, informative and allow lots of time for Q&A and sampling of your freshly baked delights!
