Learn to bake your own delicious gluten-free sourdough at home in this hands-on, three-hour masterclass with Wholegreen Bakery founder, Cherie Lyden and Head Baker, Manish Giri.
With three Sunday sessions available in June, Cherie and Manish will guide you through every step of the sourdough process – from understanding your ingredients to caring for your starter and baking a beautifully risen loaf.
