Join Cherie on Saturday, 15th February 2025 in a 2.5 hour gluten-free masterclass where you’ll learn how to make a deliciously light sponge cake that can be used to make a variety of things, including lamingtons, trifle and a strawberry & cream cake.
Tickets include:
• Step-by-step instruction by Cherie, founder of Wholegreen Bakery
• Use of brand new Smeg stand mixers
• A sourdough loaf and nifty Wholegreen Bakery bread bag to take home with you

You can also purchase a copy of Cherie’s fabulous ‘Gluten-free baking made simple’ cook book and have it signed on the day.
It will be a fun, interactive afternoon with lots of time for Q&A and sampling of cake. You’ll leave armed with useful techniques to apply to your other baking as well as your delicious cake!
