We’re the first bakery in NSW to be Coeliac Australia Accredited
We’ve been a 100% dedicated gluten-free kitchen since we opened our doors in 2015. Indeed, our raison d’etre has always been to provide people with coeliac disease and anyone who prefers to eat gluten-free, with a wide range of delicious 100% gluten-free food, both savoury and sweet.
Nothing has changed in that department but in 2020 we decided to apply for accreditation from Coeliac Australia. We believed it was important to provide coeliacs with the reassurance that comes with this accreditation, that we follow best practice for gluten-free food preparation and that every single product we make is safe for them to eat.
Getting accredited isn’t easy. But nor should it be – when coeliacs eat out, they are putting their health and well-being entirely in the hands of other people, so it makes sense that a high level of scrutiny is applied.
We are proud to say we passed all the tests with “flying colours” according to Coeliac Australia. We’re also thrilled that we are the first bakery in NSW to receive the accreditation.
