Over the last ten years, our team has worked hard to crack the code on making gluten free food the very opposite of what it once was: limited and not very tasty. Our counters now overflow with a wide variety of fresh, delicious gluten free baked goods that have been known to reduce new coeliac customers – who’ve long been deprived of the joy of a great croissant or a delicious beef pie – to tears.

We believe that owning a Wholegreen Bakery franchise in NSW is an incredible opportunity to share in this success as well as the enormous growth of the gluten free market (which is growing at 11.3% per annum and is expected to be worth AUD$208M by 2030).
