We kept hearing from our customers that they wanted bread that was free from dairy, nuts and additives as well as gluten, and crusty on the outside while soft inside. Many also wanted their bread to be vegan, without egg whites. After years of perfecting our recipe we now offer five varieties of delicious bread that meet all those requests.

Croissants & pastries
It took six months of experimentation to make the dough for croissants and pastries light and flaky without the benefit of elasticity that gluten provides.
Our pastry range includes croissants, pain au chocolat, almond croissants, fruit danishes, chouquettes and more!
Croissants are available seven days a week, other pastries only on weekends and only from our Waverley bakery/cafe.
Tarts and cakes
On the counter you’ll find a mix of classic French tarts, such as our award winning lemon meringue tart, and more rustic creations like our chocolate beetroot cake and chai spiced orange and carrot cake.
We offer everything from a beautiful seasonal vegetable tart and spinach and feta pastie, to artisanal pies (grass-fed slow-cooked beef and onion, free-range chicken, mushroom and leek, and French lentil and vegetable).
