Ham & Cheese Croissant
Layers of our gluten-free flaky buttery pastry rolled then baked to perfection with a beautiful golden colour. We then fill the croissant with leg ham, Béchamel sauce and shredded Cheddar cheese then top with more Béchamel sauce and Gruyere cheese.
Ingredients: – Croissant: White rice flour, Brown rice flour, potato starch, maize starch, caster sugar, xanthan gum, guar gum, salt, water, milk, melted butter. – Filling: Ham, Cheddar cheese, Gruyere cheese and Béchamel sauce (white rice flour, butter, milk, nutmeg, salt & pepper).
