Ham & Cheese Croissant
Layers of our gluten-free flaky buttery pastry rolled then baked to perfection with a beautiful golden colour. We then fill the croissant with leg ham, bechamel and shredded cheddar cheese then top with more bechamel sauce and gruyere cheese.
Heating instructions: Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius fan forced. Separate the top of the croissant from the bottom of the croissant and place both pieces onto an oven tray. This is so the heat melt the cheese on top and in the middle. The ham can be left where it is placed. Heat for 10 minutes, remove from oven once cheese has melted and is a dark golden colour. The croissant should be soft and buttery when heated through. Place the top half of the croissant back onto the bottom layer and enjoy.
