Our luscious lamingtons are back again for the long weekend! Featuring vanilla sponge cake layered with homemade berry jam dipped in cocoa and coated with toasted and shredded organic coconut! It’s entirely dairy-free, but if you’re feeling a little more decadent, we have another option with delicious mixed berry mascarpone accompanying our homemade jam.
