Our commitment
At Wholegreen Bakery we care about the quality and freshness of our produce. With daily deliveries of vegetables and meats, if we are unable to prepare any food items you have requested due to the unavailability of these resources on our suppliers’ end, Wholegreen Bakery reserves the right to slightly change your order to give you the best possible product. Of course, we will inform you of such changes and seek your agreement.
At Wholegreen Bakery we care about the environment and the planet we live on, and for this, we are committed to using as little plastic as possible, and to providing as much of our disposable supplies as possible in the form of recyclable, biodegradable or eco-sustainable materials.
Cancellations and refunds
An order may be cancelled only in writing to orders@wholegreenbakery.com.au with a minimum of 48 hours before the collection date. If a client cancellation occurs within 48 hours of pickup/delivery, the order is payable in full and is considered non-refundable. We strongly encourage our customers to verify all information and inform us as soon as possible when a cancellation is needed.
In case of calamity, natural disaster, riots, Force Majeure or other events outside of Wholegreen Bakery’s control, a refund may not be issued.
Without limiting your rights under Australian consumer law:
- If there is a major fault or issue with our product, you are entitled to a refund or replacement at our discretion; and
- if the problem is minor, you are entitled to a replacement
We are unable to provide a refund for change of mind or taste preference after we have processed your payment.
Do you store my credit cards details?
We do not record your credit card details on our website. All your details go through Tyro, our payment processing provider, who are an international secured payment platform.
