We've used the same delicious recipe for the filling – currants, raisins, apple and orange zest, spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and allspice, cooked in wine, sugar and sherry. But this year we've used the best plant-based butter we could find, made from the best natural ingredients, to make our shortcrust pastry. So not only are the fruit mince pies dairy-free, they're also wonderfully light. Available in store and online now.
