Poached free-range chicken thigh cooked with sautéed buttery mushrooms, caramelised leek, fresh lemon thyme, oregano, parsley and cream, enclosed in our buttery gluten free shortcrust pastry, dusted with white sesame seeds. Minimum order of two for 9 cm individual pie.
